MEETING ROOM RENTAL AGREEMENT

Terms & Conditions:

The Bermuda Chamber of Commerce (the "Chamber") meeting room is available to rent to both members and non-members for meetings, lectures, trainings, seminars & events, Monday through Sunday.
Payment in full is due at time of booking.
Members must be in good standing to take advantage of preferred memberships rates.
The Chamber reserves the right to close meetings which run over allotted time or cancel a meeting if it goes against our mission and core values. You will be notified in writing if your meeting is in breach or cancelled.
The Chamber reserves the right to charge an additional fee if the meeting room has sustained damage/ is left in an unsatisfactory condition or if additional services are used during the rental but not requested when booking. Individuals/ Organizations using the premises will be liable for any damage incurred to the Chamber property or for additional services used.
All items must be removed at the close of each meeting. The Chamber will not be held responsible for the theft of any personal items.
All rooms within the Chamber premises are non- smoking. Visitors wishing to smoke must do so outside.
Any children who attend the Chamber must be adequately supervised at all times.

Pricing Rate:

Half Day Rental- 9:00 am- 1:00 pm (4 Hours)
Full Day Rental- 9:00 am- 5:00 pm (8 hours)
